Hey everyone!
For our first blog, I thought I'd introduce myself, give you a walk around, and let you know what to expect.
My name's Luke Hirsch. For the past 6 years, I've been a tad obsessed with personal fitness. And not just in the sense of "How much can you bench press?", or "How thin is your waist?"... but in the much broader sense. My immune system, energy levels, nutrition, sleep schedule, core muscles, and on and on. It's been a fun journey!
The purpose of this blog is to share little thoughts a few times a week on how to lead a more healthy, energetic life. Everyone has their own set of goals - maybe a flatter stomach, a better immune system, a back that doesn't give out so easily, a bigger bicep, or just a workday where you don't feel completely drained... regardless of what it is, you'll be able to find ideas and encouragement.
Finally, I want this blog to be interactive! If you have specific questions, goals or thoughts for me, let me know! I want to hear what you think about my blog :)
